incompatible teamviewer versions

Hi 

I am using v13.0.281 on chromebook and v13.0.7847 QS on android , both installs are the latest version. I also get message "Unfortunately a connection to this device is not possible with this version of Teamviewer"  on the chromebook side when trying to control the android.
