Android - Samsung - Comment windows - keyboard not appear

Quite often I use TV on my Android 6.0 SmartPhone (Samsung S5 Neo).
Few recent time when I use this faeature, then I notice a problem that after ending connecition, when Comment Window is showing, then I can't type my comment as "keyboard" not appear.

Could somebody confirm the same issue and maybe pointing me to solution ?

I found what was the issue.
I need to double TAP / CLICK in the comment window - in edit area.

Could others confirm that this is correct solution ?

Almost half year passed one comment, and lack of KUDO's
Is it possible that only we two have the problem ?

This is very important to comment, as I hope that MANAGER's are looking for such "hot topics" with a big community involvment.

EDIT: btw. The problem with comment window is not resolved yet.
