No remote control on tablet Tianshi Digi-Land NS-P16AT10

Hi I installed Teamviewer + host on a Tablet Tianshi Digi-Land NS-P16AT10 (Android5), and it works as a viewer, but I am not able to remote-control the device,  I can only point at the screen. Is there a way to make remote control work by installing an other host app ?
