Unable to download quick support application - Google play says "this application not available in your country" - Are there any limitations on publishing this app?

As the Samsung app is now outdated and has been replaced by the main QuickSupport app, the "QuickSupport for Samsung" application is no longer available.Instead of pointing the Samsung users to the "QuickSupport for Samsung" app, you will need to redirect the users to the "TeamViewer QuickSupport" app on the Play store.

In few cases, manual download works but this will not be the permanent solution, when it comes to end-user support. Are there any changes made on this app? "Quick support for samsung"
"TeamViewer QuickSupport" is common for all the android device. But we are pointing samsung users to install "Quick supoport for samsung" and Non-samsung users to "TeamViewer quick supoport", We don't have any access to change the trigger to "Quick support for SAMSUNG".
It would be great, if you could help in this
