Teamviewer goes "offline" when locking pc.

Teamviewer is installed on my pc at my office. On my previous PC at my office, Teamviewer always solidly showed online and I could connect to the machine as I desired. Recently got a new machine and Teamviewer shows online very sporadically without any rhyme or reason as to why it's showing either online/offline. When I try to connect to the machine from home it's just very random as to whether the work machine will show it's online to connect. Windows 7 is what's running at my office. Thoughts?
