We are looking to rollout Teamviewer across our firm in order to remotely control our users.
We want to be able to logon to the pc from a winodws logon point as view as well as viewing/interacting with user to help sort out issues.
What is the best way of doing this and can we assign a single password that the support desk can use to access terminals
