Restricted by password access to unattended HOST

Please, before answering the generic answer and supplying me with this link:

read carefully what I have written.

I have the management console opened on my computer and HOST for Samsung installed on a Samsung mobile device.
I want to restrict the access to this certain device, so whenever someone would click the "Connect" button on the management console, he would be asked for a password. How can I do that?
Note that the article in the upper part of this post relates to computers. BUt on smartphones the OPTIONS --> SECURITY --> etc. menus do not exist.
