Where is the "enable clipboard synchronization" checkbox

I keep seeing posts here talking about a checkbox that allows me to enable (more importantly: DISABLE) clipboard synchronization.

 

I can't for the life of me find this anywhere. Where is this checkbox? It is clearly not in the Advanced Preferences, where people say it is. I am using the newest version (version 13)

I need to disable this because the software hangs for 30 minutes each time I connect, trying to synchronize the clipboards.where is that checkbox?

OK. Never mind.

apparently the content area of the preferences dialog scrolls (without any indication in the UI that lets the user know that it does so), so I was only seeing 40% of the options available.
