Login Error

I am getting the following error on a single machine when I attempt to login:

An error occured while logging into your account. Please try again.

Team Viewer 13 on a Mac Mini with High Sierra

I tried my other machines:

Desktop Windows 10

Laptop Windows 8.1

MacBook Pro High Sierra

and can successfully log in. 

I have uninstalled Team Viewer and reinstall it - no joy. 

Any other ideas?
