I am having problems with the whiteboard of the MEETING. All the functions are working except the TEXT one. The host can write on the screen but the guest can not. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks.

Could you please explain in more detail? Did you receive an error message and if so, what did it say?
Also could you please let us know what version of TeamViewer you and the guest are using. Ex. 11.0.66695
Also did you and the guest both turn on the whiteboard ability?
