mouse grab handle adjustment doesn't work

Hi, I was using Teamviewer to remote control my another computer on Adobe Premiere but found out that the Lumetri Color panel -> Color Wheels panel , on the side of the 3 color wheels are 3 vertical bars, which you can grab and adjust it up and down, they doesn't work.from Teamviewer (so does other similar grab and adjust are not working either) Please fix it. Thank you.

I am seeing a similar problem, where I cannot use the mouse to drag a window by its corner to change its size or adjust column widths.

This started happening after I did a clean install of windows on the machine that I am trying to view.
