Android host, screen sharing refused

Hi, sorry for my poor english (google translator). I installed host teamviewer on my multifunction car stereo with android 7. The host runs properly and the device is added to my available devices. However, when I try to connect it, authentication is successful, but soon after I get a message saying "the remote device did not allow screen sharing". Can someone help me? thank you. Alberto
