Please if anyone is able to help me...
My phone was stolen and has since been replaced. I was very diligent when I set up two factor authentication and when my recovery code came I saved it in a notepad and took a snipping shot of the whole code just incase something happened to my phone.
Yet every time when im trying to deactivate the TFA I get an error saying the recovery code is invalid. I KNOW this is the code...I took a snapshot of it as well as writing it down in a txt file. Is there anyone that can help me get in touch with a TV employee who can delete my account so I can sign back up under my primary email account?
