Mouse Not Working on Game

Hi,
I have a little problem with my TV13
I can't click on the buttonwhen i start this game
If i want to click, i need to do this
-Right click on desktop
-Left click on the button
Look at those images
1 - Right Click on desktop
2 - Left click
3 - As you can see, i dont clicked on the desktop. So i cant press another buttom
(Look the colour on the bar
I can click if the program is unselect
But if select it, cannot click again?)
