after downloaded it does not oppen at all and it just shows me a white icon on my desctop that says team viewer
It would be easier to troubleshoot this, if you provide a little more detail:
Which OS?
How much RAM?
System Event Log
One quick fix may be to open up Task Manager and end the TeamViewer process and retry. If it continues to cause the same issue, it sounds to me like it could be related to the system itsself.
