Blue cursor error
Hi there,
I got a little (but very annoying!) issue here I would need some community expertise on.. For some reason I can login (after he gives me the ID and pass) but then when I left click the blue cursor remains.
What have i tried?
- Restarting Remote Desktop
- Enable Key combinations
- CNTRL + ALT + DEL (Though that was greyed out for me weirdly enough)
So now I feel I am stuck, but community of teamviewer to the rescue! Do you guys have any idea what I can try?
Every piece of advice is appreciated!

Dear RobertV,
It seems like there is a problem with the rights.
Please chekc the following on your computer:
Go to "Extras - Options - Advanced" search the point "Advanced settings for connections to other computers" and make sure that "Access Control" is set to "FullAccess"
Also check the following option on the partner computer:
Go to "Extras - Options - Advanced" search the point "Advanced settings for connections to this computer" and make sure that "Access Control" is set to "FullAccess"
Let me know if this helps
