Blue cursor error

Hi there,

I got a little (but very annoying!) issue here I would need some community expertise on.. For some reason I can login (after he gives me the ID and pass) but then when I left click the blue cursor remains.

What have i tried?
- Restarting Remote Desktop
- Enable Key combinations
- CNTRL + ALT + DEL (Though that was greyed out for me weirdly enough)

So now I feel I am stuck, but community of teamviewer to the rescue! Do you guys have any idea what I can try? 

Every piece of advice is appreciated!

    Hi Julia,

    It got solved by reinstalling the software. All was already on fullaccess. Still a good respond for in the future for sure.
