Remote computer is offline on Ubuntu but connects through id & pass

Remote computer is offline on Ubuntu but connects through id & pass. It’s offline in the list but I’m signed in. On Windows it works fine
I’m using Ubuntu 16 LTS 64 bit and iPhone 5s
