Recover old account

Hello,

I have an old TeamViewer 7 license that I'd like to reactivate.

The problem is that the domain from the email where the account was created doesn't exist anymore, and I can't remember the password, but I have the emails and license number.

Any chance to recover this account?

Hi JoaoZimmermann,

If you contact our support team, they will be able to make sure you can use the actual license.

The account however is unfortunately lost and cannot be recovered as you do not have access to the inbox. We don't have any way around this as it is not possible for us to change email addresses from our side.
