i would like to know if it's possible to share automatically a new created computer from our corporate console to all the teamviewer registred users

Have you set up groups yet inside of your management console under the admin account as to where all new computers are added or individual groups based on department, location etc?
If so, you can share those groups with your Registered TeamViewer users and they will then see those computers under that group and any future computers that are added it. Additionally you can choose what level of permissions the users will have.
