Hello,
I have not found a similar case to mine, so I post for info.
I use TeamViewer for personal use. Installed on a Windows 10 v1709 desktop and on a Windows 10 v1709 laptop for testing.
I asked the user to help download TeamViewer on his Windows 10 v1709 desktop.
A few days later, before this person installed TeamViewer, I found that I no longer had access to the network. After looking for possible solutions, it was the uninstallation of TeamViewer that solved the problem.
So I used "Start Only" and everything went well and I was able to help the other user.
I totally forgot when the same problem appeared on the laptop a few days later. As TeamViewer was still installed, I uninstalled it and the laptop regained access to the network.
Since then I have not used TeamViewer or any network problem.
If I still have to use it, I will not ask to install it anymore but only to start it.
In any case, the use is simple and effective. Thanks to TeamViewer.
Sorry for my bad googlish!
