Hi Lukas,

I'm very sorry to hear that. We are frequently optimizing our Blizz solution. As I mentioned, we will not focus on remote control features as of ability within our TeamViewer Core products.

If you didn't join our Blizz User Focus Group already, I would be happy if you join and tell us more about your specific use cases.

Hello Hilal,

you are promoting that Blizz have some collaboration functions. But since the last update 2 employees can´t work on the same document anymore. That was one reason why we bought it last year. And now you are cutting off this option without any information before ? In this case Blizz hasn´t any usability anymore for us. I hope our Feedback will help to improve Blizz, but we are really unhappy with this change.
