So I'm having an issue logging into my account - I get the trusted device error message, however, never receive the email. Also when attempting a password reset, the email doesn't turn up. 2 for 2 there.
Unfortunately, I can't log into TV in either the application or the browser so I cant use the 2fa trick I've seen on here.
The only other message I've seen is that a support person had to whitelist the email address of one of the other users - if a support person could go ahead and whitelist the email associated with this account but without the +test before the @gmail part, that would be great.
