Chrome and BS player problems

Hi!
When I connect to my laptop, my browser (Chrome) did not show the content of the pages (there are white or black pages). My player (BS player) also is with black video.
I use Windows 10 64-bits and I update the android application. The application in the PC is version: 13.1.3629.
What should I do!?

When the lid of the laptop is open, the Chrome browser is normal, but when the lid of the laptop is closed, the Chrome browser is white...
The same with the BS player.
Help please!
