I've a problem with the audio sound when I start or receive a Video Call with my cooworkers. I'm using Windosw 7 and the remote computer is using Windows 7, 8 or 10.
The teamviewer works great, but sometimes when I start or receive a Video Call, the audio doesn't work, what we do is close the Video Call and my coworker starts the call or I start the Call again until the sound is back.
I've looked at setting audio sound but everything is fine.
What should I do? It's annoying closing and starting the video until the sound works.
