When i connect to host i only see black screen, other solutions from forum sdid not help.My system:Linux ARch x64 (updated, latest)

I searched a bit deeper and found something that might be helpful. I downloaded the .tar-packages from TeamViewer Download site and followed the instructions there.
Using /.tv-setup checklibs gives me the following output:
Analyzing dependencies ... All library dependencies (*.so) seem to be satisfied! QtQuickControls seems to be missing
I can install it without problem though and it runs fine (see above), just gives me black screens on PCs that need to accept the remote session.
Using arch, pacman says to the qt quick controls:
# pacman -Qs qt5-quickcontrolslocal/qt5-quickcontrols 5.11.2-1 (qt qt5) Reusable Qt Quick based UI controls to create classic desktop-style user interfaceslocal/qt5-quickcontrols2 5.11.2-1 (qt qt5) Next generation user interface controls based on Qt Quick
These are the latest versions of qt5-quickcontrols so far but TeamViewer seems to have trouble to detect them. Not sure if this could cause this problem though.

Same issue here and on another ubuntu install.
We use the option that you have to accept the remote session after the viewer typed in the correct password. But after typing in the password the screen goes black and the remote side get's no window or question to accept the remote session. The background goes black though. Datatransfer works and also the "revert session" works (so that the remote user sees the viewers desktop).
Running Arch linux, latest updates, TV13.2.13582 Corporate License.
