Unable to finalize the update or new installation of teamviewer 13 at win7 PC

Hi support team,

I was using teamviewer 12 and tried

1. to upgrade to 13 then I had a hung up without progress while installation
2. un-installed old vers 12 by cleaning up the registry as stated in your thread > https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/TeamViewer-General/How-to-install-TeamViewer-on-Windows-7-8-and-10/td-p/7941
3. downloaded latest version and started the setup by using admin rights

I am looking forward to your advice to get it back to run.
