Cannot connect via local ip address after windows update 1803

Cannot connect to remote computer via local ip address after windows update 1803.

I'm using Teamviewer 13

It seems that the windows update 1803 must now be blocking some of the local ports used by TeamViewer. I fixed my problem by opening up the firewall settings in advance view; then I created a new inbound rule to allow for TCP ports 80, 443, 5938... Still getting a black screen for 5 to 10 seconds when logging into remote pc.
