I keep getting my sessions terminated and telling me I need a commercial licence. I have one as far as I know!
Help pls, I cannot do work for our clients!

Thanks for your post and welcome to our Community.
As long as you are signed in with your TeamViewer account to your Computers & Contacts list, your TeamViewer should recognize the activated license.
Is it possible that you are getting the message only when not being signed in to the Computers & Contacts list?
