Where is simply way to run chat window with user without clicking on ribbon? It's very annoying to simply chat with the other user when resolving his problem. Make doubleclick or something to run chat window faster
Once you initate the chat, If you minimize the Ribbon, the chat window will go to the Mini-Menu, It makes it much faster to use.
To minimize the menue, click the carrot ^ on the bottom of the menu.
