Licence purshased but confirmation mail never arrived ...

Hi,

I purshased a licence on the store.
the payment was made without problem (and paid on the credit card) but the confirmation email never arrived (not in spam or anywhere).

I try to join the sales services but no answer (mail or telephone)...
any idea ?

I find the pb (wrong register email) but I didn't receive answer from yous colleagues.
