just wondering how long typically it takes to respond to support requests I have had ticket #4102035 in since 31 May 2018 its now coming up on 4 weeks
when submitting a request for the private use verification form it might unfortunately take a while until you receive a reply.

If you did not receive an email by now, maybe there was an issue with sending the mail. I apologize for that! Please just restart you TeamViewer service of the device for which you requested the unblock and everything should work again as usual.
We worked on speeding up the process and now "a while" means 7 days.
new ticket request sent to see if they can fix this since all suggestions so far have failed and I havent had an actual response to the original ticket
