I can't update the version, and I don't know my Username or Password???

Please help me! I can't connect to anyone without updating my version, but in order to update I need an Administrive username, password, and domain. I don't know what any of that means!

I have a free license and I've got no clue what the latter means!

Please help me, I can't use TV without updating.

That was actually the problem, though the Windows password I have still didn't help. But I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it now works

Hi @deb-91

It looks like your computer is asking you for your Windows Administrator credentials. Your computer does not allow an update if you do not proof that you have administrative rights.

If this is your work computer, you might need to contact your IT department. If it is your private computer, you should know the credentials.
