I am trying to connect to a remote computer but when i put the id and try to conect, Teamviewer is returning the message that the ID does not existe and presents me the id with an extra "A" letter that i did not introduce.

Can you double-check the ID of the remote machine? Can you post here a screenshot of the ID from the client on the remote machine?
