Our research group recently purchased the Premium license and I was setting up users in our "company" and assigning them to different groups of computers (share group). The problem I had was adding the same computer to groups with slightly different computer access:
e.g. Group A has access to computer 1, Group B has 1-2 and Group C has 1-3. I started with Group C first, then added computer 1 to Group A but now having troubing adding computer 1 to Group B with the error "This buddy is already in your buddy list" (Group B already has computer 2 added). What I did was under Group B > add computer > add existing device > Alias, ID & password for computer 2 (even tried different alias).
I'm new to TeamViewer and wondered if I set things up wrong? Thanks in advance.
