Audio is always choppy. We have tried all the possible settings, do yuo have any idea about this?

We regret to inform you that Blizz is not officially supported in a Citrix Environment. We therefore cannot provide you with any tips or improvements for this. We have some customers who are using this environment successfully, however for such an environment we do not have a solution.
