Forwarding or Jumping in a Blizz Recorded sessions in Mac

Hi so i just started using Blizz. I'm watching training videos on Blizz recorded sessions on my mac. i wanted to know in a blizz recorded file with extension .blz can i jump to a specific time in that video. I can only forward that video 10 sec ahead at a time. What can i do to jump to a specific time on that recorded session. I'm using mac so is it possible to do that in mac?

On the .blz format on Mac, this is unfortunately not possible. What we recommend if you are receiving the recoding from someone else and if they have Windows, is to convert the video to .avi or mp4 so that you receive the recording on this format.
