Will TeamViewer staff review my logfile to determine if someone accessed my computer?

I believe someone access my computer using TeamViewer. I have the one logfile but there wasn't an incoming or outgoing logfile. Can/will TeamViewer review that file to advise me if someone did in fact access the computer using TeamViewer?
