Two machines side by side on the same IP

Hello, On my board, a visitor asks me a question that puzzles me. He tries to intervene, at home, with TeamViewer Free, from one machine to another, both being personal machines side by side (a Samsung and an HP, on the same rooter, same IP address). Both under Windows 10, 64 bit and TV 13. The antivirus is Windows Defender. In France and in French. He has already done this 3 or 4 times, in the past (not necessarily with the same machines), without a problem. Currently, it does not work. It is certain to make no mistake on entering the ID of the "remote" machine. Is it possible that the ID generated by TeamViewer now seeks to match the previously connected machine. An idea ?
