BIG problem with locking windows 10 after screen saver starts

Hello!

There is big problem with TW and locking windows 10 Enterprise after screen saver starts in that locking stops working after I connect to my PC from remote computer. 

Screen saver "kicks in" but locking is disabled. It works OK after I restart my PC up until next time I connect from  remote computer. 

Can someone address this problem?
