non-functional login on the mobile phone

Hi all,

I have a problem. Today, I noticed that I can not connect to my PC over my mobile via TeamViewer. My application has logged off. The email and password fields are gray. Unable to write login information.

I have LG G4. restarted the phone and reinstalled the application.

Nothing helped. Some idea?
