Wait for Partner Issue after restarting remote system

This has happen several times - I reboot the remote system- click the "Wait for Partner" option. Once I get notification - I remote into the system ..then the screen freezes on my side of the remote system. Only thnig  i found or done to work is to close out my end and reconnect to remote and everything works fine then...just wondering if its settings i might be able to look at to resolve the issue.

    Hi tpaljr63,

    Do you get any other error message or is it just freezing? Can you please install the current version 12 on both sides and try it again?
