a PC can only view the screen of iMac but cannot control

Hi guys,

I am trying to use a PC(Win10, teamviewer v13.2.14327) to control a iMac(teamviewer v13.2.14327).

I can connect to iMac from my PC, view the screen and move the mouse, BUT....when I tried to click the program like the settings...Chrome....folders... nothing happened......

I have checked the settings of Teamviewer in iMac, I have the full control. But I still cannot execute any program......please help me.....

In my case, I am using Team Viewer 14.1.3399

So this is, at least for me, not the solution.

Thank you for posting.

With regards to the MacOS, please check the compatibility list. If you are using macOS 10.14, then you need to be using TeamViewer version 14.
