I USE A CLONE DISK PROGRAM AFTER BASIC INSTALLATIONS IN WINDOWS-8

THEN EVERY COPY MADE ,  AND UNINSTALLING TEAMVIEWER ON THAT COPY

THEN A CLEAN NEW TEAMVIEWER INSTALL,   KEEPS THE ORGINAL PARTNER ID

HOW DO DELETE THAT?

If I am right, the ID of your Teamviewer is connected to your computer and not to your Teamviewer account. That is why if you delete Teamviewer and reinstall it you still get the same Teamviewer ID.
