Delayed audio during remote control chat

Hello all

When conducting a remote control session of a clients computer, the conversation experiences considerable delay and the conversation is stilted. The sound is very clear, but it is unnatural due to the delay. This has happened with several clients, who are near to me geographically. Both myself and the clients have very good (30-50Mbps with 50ms Ping) connections. Video and interaction is clear and crisp.

Any suggestions?

same here, about a 1 second delay, video is instant and synched with the same device, but the audio coming in 1 second later is making it impossible to view anything with matching audio (ie: youtube video)
