Hello,

I'm using TeamViewer 14 HOST for MAC and I'm trying to assign workstations to our campany's account.

I noticed if a workstation had installed an old Full version of TeamViewer the assigment doesn't work

We have this kind of error message :

TeamViewer_Service[1716]: TVNetwork::StartEasyRollout: customConfiguration not available
Nov 14 00:31:58 DESKTOP-PI1BB6G TeamViewer_Assignment[2146]: DeviceAssignment::ParseAssignmentDataFile: file "/Library/Application Support/TeamViewer Host/AssignmentData.json" doesn't exist, waiting 29 seconds ...
Nov 14 00:31:59 DESKTOP-PI1BB6G TeamViewer_Assignment[2146]: DeviceAssignment::ParseAssignmentDataFile: file "/Library/Application Support/TeamViewer Host/AssignmentData.json" doesn't exist, waiting 28 seconds ...
Nov 14 00:32:00 DESKTOP-PI1BB6G TeamViewer_Assignment[2146]: DeviceAssignment::ParseAssignmentDataFile: file "/Library/Application Support/TeamViewer Host/AssignmentData.json" doesn't exist, waiting 27 seconds ...
Nov 14 00:32:01 DESKTOP-PI1BB6G TeamViewer_Assignment[2146]: DeviceAssignment::ParseAssignmentDataFile: file "/Library/Application Support/TeamViewer Host/AssignmentData.json" doesn't exist, waiting 26 seconds ...

etc...

Nov 14 00:32:27 DESKTOP-PI1BB6G TeamViewer_Assignment[2146]: DeviceAssignment::ParseAssignmentDataFile: can't parse AssignmentData-File exception: AssignmentData-File "/Library/Application Support/TeamViewer Host/AssignmentData.json" didn't appear within 30 seconds

and I'm using this command :

sudo /Applications/TeamViewerHost.app/Contents/Helpers/TeamViewer_Assignment assign YES -api-token “xxxx” -group “Computers” -alias “MacBook”

Do you have an idea, how i can fix these issues?

I tried to uninstall and install the host file several times, to restart the workstation..etc but not ok

These devices aren't displayed in the console management either.

Thanks in advanse.
