Show comment window after each session

TV 12 would do this.  13 and 14 do not.  I am currently running 14 in a virtual machine running Ubuntu 14.40 LTS.  It appears to be stable as 14 just crashes continually on 12.04 LTS. 

It should be easy enough to activate this feature in 14.  Please do.
