So I can see on our client there is an update. But you also get a warning "You may require a new licence." There appears to be no way I can tell, in our account, to find out if we updated to 14, if we'd need a new license or not.
Hi @TheITTeam
Thanks for your post.
If you are on a subscription plan, you can just update to TemViewer 14 as all updates are included in the subscription plan.
You can check your latest invoice or within the TeamViewer app (while logged in to the Computers & contacts list) --> Help --> About TeamViewer whether you are on a subscription or not.
If you see an expiring date, it means that you are on a subscription as a perpetual license does not have an expiring date (but is limited to a specific version):
If you still are on a perpetual license for TeamViewer 13, please feel free to contact my colleagues to get your subscription right away :-)
Thanks and best,
Esther
Perfect! Enjoy TeamViewer 14 :-)
