Can I ask, if we have 5 licenses and 5 users is it obligatory to create 5 accounts for each user on team viewer site to use blizz crew or can be done different way?

Yes, you need to create 5 accounts. It can be done in a Blizz desktop application or online - https://go.blizz.com.
As you have mentioned it is also possible to create a Teamviewer account and use it in Blizz.
