Dear All,
I have an issue to remote control for one of my computer. Actually, it was working well a couple of weeks ago, and now, when I want to remote control, it is written that the connection can not be established.
I know there is still a connection between both since the team viewer window pop up on my computer when I want to remote control and I can send messages between both computers. I just can't remote control.
Last thing, when I want to write the partner ID and do connect, it is written that the connection blocked because of multiple failed login and that I have to wait so long time to be able to do it again (but I don't understand why because I never failed login).
Can you help me to get my connection back please?
