Upgraded to TV14 License for Old Business Licenses, but unable to work

Please help, do'nt know what to do.
I upgraded my old Teamviewer 10, and 11 licenses today (total count 10). So all of them stopped working after upgrade. But new version does not work. All my work is stopped. My 7 team members sitting idle.
